Article 1｜Product Information & Technical Specifications

Article 2｜Prices & Trade Terms
[A] EXW — Ex Works
[B] FOB — Port of Shipment
[C] CIF — Destination Port

The price validity, port of delivery, and final charges are subject to the Quotation / PI / Contract.

Article 3｜Payment Terms
[A] T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)
[B] L/C (Letter of Credit) / Installment by mutual agreement

The specific payment method shall be subject to the Quotation / PI / Contract.

Article 4｜Production Lead Time & Delivery
The delivery period is calculated from the date the advance payment and confirmed technical documents are received.
Delays caused by force majeure, shipping changes, or regulatory policies shall not be deemed a breach of contract.

Article 5｜Terms Update
The Company reserves the right to update these terms according to business needs and publish them on the website. Updated terms shall become effective automatically.
